This week, US President Joe Biden issued a decree on “safe, secure and trustworthy artificial intelligence”. The general order, which primarily serves as a directive to the federal government, covers both risks and opportunities for AI. During a presentation announcing the order, Biden called it “the most important technology of our time” that will “accelerate at lightning speed.” Fashion, like all industries, should be listening.
