We are delighted to announce Archisinal as a new recipient of the Decentralized Futures grant, marking a significant step forward in the integration of blockchain technology into the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) sector. Archisinal is pioneering a decentralized marketplace purpose-built for design professionals, leveraging the power of NFTs to revolutionize the way architecture and design work is monetized and managed.
Having recently finished first at the Encode Club Spring Hackathon in the “Best Use of Polkadot” category, Archisinal stands out in the Polkadot ecosystem by offering a unique platform for tokenizing construction designs and contract information. This provides working autonomy to AEC professionals and benefits them through innovative creator staking systems. The marketplace not only facilitates revenue from initial sales, but also guarantees ongoing royalties and an opportunity for architects and designers to passively accumulate tokens, providing a sustainable financial model for creators in the AEC sector.
The platform's integration into the Polkadot network highlights its commitment to security, scalability and interoperability, providing a robust infrastructure for the AEC community. By focusing on these specific industry needs, Archisinal introduces a new paradigm where technology meets creativity, enabling professionals to harness the full potential of their work seamlessly and efficiently.
As we move forward, Archisinal's development roadmap includes a clear dashboard delivered as a SaaS product, using machine learning to extract real-world asset (RWA) data from various systems, integrating key milestones and validation approvals on the blockchain. This ensures that all relevant project data is stored on-chain, providing an immutable record of events and saving construction developers significant time and money. This opens the first steps towards achieving on-chain arbitrage for the built environment via decentralized construction (DeCon).
