The leader of one of Europe's most successful regional health information digitalization programs has been confirmed as the key international speaker at the Digital Health Summer Schools 2024.
Dr. Jordi Piera Jiménez leads the digital health strategy of the Catalan Health Service, which serves a population of approximately 7.7 million people.
Thanks to a strategy first developed in the UK, Catalonia has become the largest health system yet to adopt an open platform to provide integrated, citizen-centered care.
