But this interjection, from Judge Rogers, does not seem good for Apple:
I can't imagine a logical reason why Apple would require this of competing apps. What is a logical reason for competition, not to suggest it, but to require it? …I see no other solution than to stifle competition. Can you give me one?
No one wants to rule on how a judge will rule – especially not based on a stray comment during an evidentiary hearing – but phew.
